Traditional gingerbread

Heat honey in a saucepan so that it becomes liquid. Add vanilla, oil and fruit puree. Let it cool down a bit. Meanwhile, mix flour with baking powder and sift, add spices. Add to honey mixture, add egg. Work with dough hook until smooth. Add enough milk so that the dough kneads well. Roll out dough on baking paper, as it will stick. Cut out shapes and bake on a baking sheet covered with baking paper in the oven (baking time: 10 minutes at 180 degrees). After cooling, decorate as needed.
