Red beet canelles

Ingredients:

  • 200 g red beet, cooked and grated⁠
  • 100 g chopped, dried dates⁠
  • 2 eggs
  • 190 g Holle Organic jar Apple and Bilberry (or a different one)⁠
  • 100 g Holle Organic Baby Weaning Oil⁠
  • 200 g whole spelt flour, mixed with 2 tsp baking soda
  • 3-4 heaped tbsp cacao, unsweetened⁠
  • Milk as needed

Preparation

Stir eggs till they are foamy, add oil, mix flour with baking soda and cacao, sift and stir in by spoons. Add red beet and fruit puree. The consistency must be hard tearing. Fill into shapes.
Results approx. 20 canelles⁠. Baking time: 20 minutes, preheat (180 degrees).⁠
