Fruit puree-based cake

Ingredients:

  • 250 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 Holle Organic Fruit Jars of your choice
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 1 pear, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Holle Organic Growing-up Milk 3 or other milk
  • 2 tbsp Holle Organic Baby Weaning Oil
  • Butter for greasing

Ingredients Topping:

  • 1 tbsp. cream cheese and mango pieces

Preparation

Sift and mix flour and baking powder. Add fruit puree, egg yolk, pear, cinnamon, milk and baby weaning oil. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the batter mixture. Pour the batter mixture into a greased pan and bake cake in a preheated oven at 150 degrees for 75-90 minutes. Allow to cool and taste.
