Basic recipe for the first porridge

Ingredients:

  • 90 – 100 g vegetables (e.g. carrots)
  • 40 – 60 g potatoes
  • 20 -30 g meat (alternatively the same amount of fish or whole grains)
  • 1 tbsp Holle Organic Baby Weaning Oil 

Preparation

Steam the washed and cut ingredients with about 100 ml of water for about 10-15 min. Puree and add some cooking water. Stir in Baby Weaning Oil and juice or feed mush for dessert.
