The cold-pressed, unrefined oil contains valuable monounsaturated fatty acids and is a good source of energy, plus the cold pressing retains more vitamins, natural colour and flavour. Designed to be added to weaning vegetable and fruit meals or to baby jars from 5 months of age, it is also suitable for the whole family to enjoy whether drizzled over salads and dishes or used for frying and roasting.

Holle Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil contains absolutely no residues. This can be guaranteed thanks to biodynamic production and strict monitoring of pollutants. This means that the use of cold-pressed, unrefined oils for the preparation of baby food is completely safe and can be unreservedly recommended. Thanks to the cold pressing process the oil retains more vitamins, natural colour and its authentic taste.
Holle recommends the following amounts to be stirred into each 200g of food:
- Vegetable or vegetable and meat based meals: 2 teaspoons;
- Fruit based meals: 1 teaspoon;
For smaller amounts, simply adjust the amount of oil you stir in proportionately.
