Organic Spelt Baby Rusks
Benefits
These deliciously light, mild tasting and easy to digest rusks are made using just three healthy ingredients - the best biodynamically grown spelt flour, organic sunflower oil and yeast. They are perfect mashed up with milk or fruit juice, or as a finger food for biting and munching, helping to train jaw and chewing muscles and encourage self-feeding. Rusks can also be used to help relieve the pain of teething naturally.
Older children and adults also love these rusks for breakfast with butter, jam or fresh cheese. Top tip: Some mums buy these baby rusks to help them with morning sickness during their pregnancy.
