My Very First Cereal is perfect for baby's delicate and sensitive digestion and growing needs. At the beginning of your little one's weaning journey, a gluten-free wholegrain cereal is the best and gentlest option. Holle's premium quality, gluten-free oat cereal is rich in iron, has a high protein content and is a great source of energy. With easily digestible carbohydrates, many unsaturated fatty acids, key vitamins and minerals, and a high percentage of vitamin B1, it is a delicious stage 1 first food.

Gluten free, dairy free and no added sugar or salt. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 3 weeks of opening.

Easy to prepare using either breast milk, baby formula or just water for a delicious and wholesome porridge.
1. Heat 120ml of baby's usual milk to approximately 50°C.
2. Add 4 tablespoons (15g) of cereal and stir.
3. Allow to soak and cool to body temperature (37°C) before serving.
This is only a guide. You can prepare Holle Porridges to the texture and quantity that your baby prefers.
