Holle Milk Cereal with Spelt is unsweetened and quick to prepare. It has a mild flavour to suit babies and is easy to digest due to the fact that the starch is already broken down. Spelt has a high content of protein, vitamins, minerals and silicic acid.

1. Mix 100ml of warm, previously boiled water with 5 spoons (30g) of milk cereal and stir.
