Holle Organic Pumpkin with Rice is an ideal combination of vegetable and a gluten free grain suitable for all stages of weaning - babies just love its taste. It is also ideal if, as can sometimes happen, your baby has developed a tendency to constipation after introducing root vegetables like carrots - switching to pumpkin as a weaning vegetable for your baby is usually recommended.

No added sugar or salt, no milk protein, no binding agent, no yeast, no egg, no lactose.
Store in a cool, dry place. Unheated leftovers can be kept in the closed jar in the fridge for two days.

1. Warm a whole jar or a portion in a pot of boiling water.
2. Stir well.
3. Start feeding 2-4 teaspoons and increase slowly as needed.
To increase the availability of essential fatty acids Holle recommend fortifying with around 1 teaspoon of Weaning Oil per 100g of vegetable purée.
