Holle's organic vegetable purées are mild in taste and perfect for your baby's very first try of solid foods. Organic parsnip and carrot produced to biodynamic standards is the best you can give your baby when he or she shows an interest in foods other than milk. Your baby will try only a small amount in the beginning and therefore these 125g jars leave hardly any waste.

1. Stir before use.
2. Warm a whole jar or a portion in a pot of boiling water.
3. Check feeding temperature.
4. Start feeding 2-4 teaspoons and increase the amount up to one jar.
To increase the availability of essential fatty acids Holle recommend fortifying with around ½ teaspoon of Weaning Oil per 100g of purée.
