Holle Organic Apple and Bilberry pudding is tasty, smooth and fruity. The fruit purée can be given after 4 months of age during weaning and well beyond as a pudding or for older children try spread on a pancake or crepe.
Apple** (50%,) water, apple juice concentrate* (10%,) bilberries* (7.5%), rice semolina*, lemon juice concentrate**.

Water is added for cooking and to ensure the appropriate texture.

No added sugar or salt, no milk protein, no binding agent, no yeast, no egg, no lactose.
Store in a cool, dry place. Unheated leftovers can be kept in the closed jar in the fridge for two days.

1. Stir before use.
2. Start feeding 2-4 teaspoons and increase slowly as needed.
To increase the availability of essential fatty acids Holle recommend fortifying with around ½ teaspoon of Weaning Oil per 100g of fruit purée.
