This variety pack of Holle organic porridges gives you the flexiblity to try out the next step porridges after the initial start of weaning your baby. Whilst the gluten free rice porridge is still on the menu rolled oats can be introduced as an alternative breakfast porridge or as an afternoon meal with fruit, followed by spelt. Oats and spelt are grains which do contain gluten but are often better digested than gluten from wheat if that is a concern in your family.
