Preparation
1. Mix the crumbled Holle Organic Spelt Biscuit with fluid butter and fill into cake tin, press down and put into the fridge for 2 hours.
2. Mix the ingredients for the blackberry-mass. Whip cream in a different bowl and mix with the blackberry-mass when ready.
3. Fill the blackberry-mass on top of the dough and leave in the fridge over night.
