Cauliflower (lentil) avocado rice porridge

Ingredients (for 2-3 servings):

  • 1 /2 cauliflower
  • 40 g red lentils
  • ½ avocado
  • 3 tbsp Holle Organic Wholegrain Cereal Rice
  • Water

Preparation

Wash cabbage and cut into small pieces. Cook cauliflower and lentils in water for about 15 minutes. The vegetables should be almost covered. When cauliflower is soft, add avocado, rice flakes and water as needed. Puree everything.
